What are her challenges at the moment? 18:50 - Are there things that you underestimated in your career? For example, the ongoing weight of responsibilities on your shoulders and learning to build on the people around you. 20:45 - About being on the edge of a burnout because of the pressure she put on herself. 22:37 - The importance of having a role model and knowing we are also role models to other women. 26:30 - Why we should talk to other people about the challenges we face and even talk to a coach to ask for help and put things in perspective. Sharing is caring. There is a lot of strength in being vulnerable. 33:40 - Why there is freedom in being disciplined! Attitude matters and the way your carry yourself. 35:10 - What is the aim of HotelloTop (which in 2024 will celebrate its 20th anniversary) and what is Stephanie’s role? 35:38 - Why every company should have a ‘Hotello’ on their payroll! 30:04 - What is a truth you can bring to the table today that not many people know about you? 30:02 - What drives you to do all the things you do?
