All 4 of this personality-types exist in us human beings. But it is key to move the needle forward and move on, like the Navigator does. 40:48 Is self-care selfish? Is it a good thing to do, or do egoistic people use it to escape responsibility to others? It should be balanced. When my cup is full, I can take care of other people. 43:30 We are all brothers and sisters and must take care of each other. Be mindful and kind to each other. 44:00 Stillness. On the importance of listening to your own inner voice. And act upon what you hear.
